Asparagus for paradization
First, because of the mild climate, harvesting begins earliest in Hiroshima Prefecture. In Hiroshima Prefecture, harvesting begins around April, but in Sagijima's 373farm, harvesting begins around February, about two months earlier than in other prefectures.
Second, Sagishima soil is very well drained. This is good for keeping fresh moisture as well as preventing root rot. This is related to the freshness, juiciness, and sweetness of the asparagus.
The grandparents of Sagishima work harvesting and bagging asparagus in the morning, and at noon they take a break to bring in homemade rice balls and pickles for a chat.Asparagus creates a warm place to interact with others while working and feeling a sense of purpose in life.Aspara 373 is made in such a very warm environment.
