Asparagus grown with the blessings of the Seto Inland Sea

Aspara 373 was born in Sagishima, Seto Inland Sea. It grew up in a mild climate, well-drained soil, and receiving plenty of nature's blessings. Here are some of its characteristics.

Aspar 373 Features

Aspara 373 adopts a greenhouse cultivation method called "smart agriculture" in a rich natural environment.

Taking advantage of the characteristics of greenhouse cultivation, warm conditions are maintained, and shades automatically dim the light when the sunlight is too strong with an automatic crop management system. This allows us to adjust and grow the asparagus so that it does not overgrow in the sunlight and become stringy or hard.

In addition, the use of Sagishima's unique, easy-draining soil prevents root rot and other problems, and maintaining fresh water leads to the freshness of Aspara 373.

Freshly picked Asupara 373

I took a picture of the "freshly picked moment" to convey the feeling of freshness.

If you look closely at the scissors, they are wet from the water from cutting.
Immediately after the harvest, the "life force" of the harvest begins to overflow with moisture.
