Toward a structure that enables proper management in agriculture
Our ultimate goal at 373farm is to make Sagishima a "paradise," and we have concrete ideas on how to get there (policy). Here are some of them.
Three Policies
Work on something he or she enjoys.
Fun is energy. The greater the energy, the more successful. There are some things that people are not suited to enjoy, but that is where teamwork comes in.
create a job
By something I enjoy,If you can make people feel comfortableIt becomes work. Being able to create work leads to value.
make a profit
There is no room for the status quo. Profit is the result, not the enjoyment or the creation of work.It is also a source of funds. So it is important.
To achieve a sustainable paradise in agriculture, we will develop our business with three policies in mind.
About "The Hundred Farmers, the Hundred Laughs, and the Hundred Merchants
Thoughts behind the catchphrase
A peasant is a farmer. Hyakusyo means many smiles. Hyakusho is various business development.
Farming brings smiles to the faces of Sagishima's grandparents where they work. And we make our customers smile, too.
We are also aiming for many ways of doing business, such as proposing new ways to eat asparagus as a product, and offering agricultural experiences at Sagishima for people to enjoy.
We are committed to developing a wide range of businesses to create smiles and bring enjoyment to everyone through agriculture, and we look forward to working with you.
