We are pleased to announce that we have reached our first one-ton mark of the year!
At 373.farm, the asparagus harvest began around mid-February, and the harvest reached 1 ton! 🎉
We are grateful for your support and patronage.
This year's goal is 15 tons!
This year, including the No. 3 greenhouse where we planted last year.We have expanded the field area to 32.1a and aim to harvest more than 15 tons.
The spring buds are growing vigorously and gnarly every day, many of them thicker and of very good quality.
Harvesting does not end with the morning harvest; sometimes the work continues after noon.
The house is filled with lively talk and laughter every day, and Saki's grandparents are working energetically.
With the arrival of spring, you can enjoy the taste of the season.
