The reason for this is that during the spring budding period, the plants were managed with 3 to 4 parent stems per plant in order to have a stable harvest in the summer and fall,
There was a period of loneliness as the harvest temporarily declined.
Furthermore, since farming is a natural activity, it is often affected by weather and changes in the environment,
We were also very anxious.
Recently, however, as the temperature began to rise rapidly, as if they had been waiting for it, the asparagus began to show their faces! Every time we see the asparagus growing, we are filled with joy and gratitude. Every day we are moved once again by the power and blessings of nature.
